A. Design and Shop Drawings SNS
offer a ‘complete’ design service. This
not only includes the design and shop drawings of only SNS products and
elements, but also redesigns of entire structures. To enable SNS to offer this service, they retain Hollow Core
Systems (Mid-East) Ltd., London as Technical Consultants and Managers to the
locally based design office which is well experienced in all aspects of the
design of precast and prestressed concrete. B. Production Capacity SNS
have the weekly capacity to produce over 10,000 M˛ of hollow core slabs, 1,000
cubic meters of precast concrete products and 5,000 M˛ of GRC at Jeddah and
Riyadh Plants. This figure has been
regularly surpassed. Production is
carried out to the highest standards and in accordance with British, American
and Local Standards and Practices. C. Experience SNS
have a fully trained team of Managers, Technicians and Operatives all fully
conversant with the design, production and erection of Precast products in the
Kingdom. D. Quality Control SNS
have over the years implemented comprehensive Quality Assurance Procedures and
Controls maintained by qualified Quality Control Engineers and Technicians to
inspect all products and materials and operate extensive test schedule in
suitably equipped in-house laboratories.
A detailed quality assurance procedure and plan is prepared for all new
contracts. All Quality Control
Procedures are routinely reviewed an audited by Technical Managers, HCSME
Ltd. E. Transport SNS
in-house transport fleet managers have considerable experience of transporting
Precast products and can supply to all parts of the Kingdom and the Middle
East. F. Raw materials SNS have identified the most suitable local materials and have large stocks of all necessary materials to ensure continuous production. All materials selected for inclusion in production process are tested and certified for compliance with all relevant International and Local Standards and Codes of Practice. |
