largest known GRC and Precast contracts undertaken in the Kingdom. These include :- A. Building Cladding & General Architectural Features in PC and GRC at King Abdul Aziz University, Jeddah. Contract value SR.60 million.
B. GRC cladding contract for the New Islamic University, Riyadh. Contract value SR.38 million, size 14,000 M² C. Precast Concrete Railway Sleeper Contract for the new Dammam to Riyadh railway track. Contract value SR.43 million, size 320,000 units. D. Precast Architectural and Structural Concrete elements, GRC and Hollow Core Slabs contract for the MIC Employees City Project, Al-Kharj. Contract size 400,000 M² of buildings. Contract Value SR.70 million. E. Prefabricated Housing Systems for Gulf Jadawel Housing Compounds A, B and C, Al-Khobar. Complete pre-fabricated Hollow Core / Precast wall/floor structures systems. Size 600 villas. Contract value SR.65 million. F. FAL Housing, Riyadh, 50,000 M² of pre-fabricated housing systems. Contract value SR.32 million. G. AFSH Hospital Car Park, Riyadh 54,000 M² of seven storey car park using pre-fabricated frame, flooring and architectural cladding. Contract value SR.15 million. H. Commentary SNS are the longest established and one of the most experienced company dealing with precast concrete products and hold the first Ministerial License in addition to being the first company to introduce Hollow Core Slabs and Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC), PMG and TermoDeck products to the Kingdom. Most recently SNS have successfully pioneered the architectural hollow core wall slab system, now being implemented nation wide in numerous housing projects and currently SNS have introduced a new maxi slab and frame system to give clear span of up to 22m.
